Ravan is a mother of two boys, and a passionate advocate for the lactation professionals who support families during some of their most vulnerable moments. With more than eight years of experience in commercial insurance, billing, refunds, and credentialing, Ravan brings both technical expertise and lived experience to her work.
Her journey into IBCLC billing began much like many mothers' stories do — with her own challenges in early motherhood. Navigating feeding struggles, juggling work and family life, and trying to make sense of insurance processes gave her a firsthand understanding of how overwhelming this season can be. In conversations with lactation consultants, she repeatedly heard the same frustrations: difficulty getting reimbursed, lack of recognition from payers, and the burden of navigating complex billing requirements while trying to focus on patient care.
With a strong background in commercial insurance and a deep appreciation for the value of lactation support, Ravan saw an opportunity to bridge that gap. She immersed herself in specialized IBCLC billing and credentialing education, built a HIPAA‑compliant workspace, and developed systems grounded in accuracy, compliance, and compassion.
Today, Ravan provides comprehensive billing and credentialing services to providers nationwide. Her practice is built on clarity, communication, and a genuine desire to lighten the administrative load for lactation professionals so they can focus on the families they serve.
