What began as a simple lactation consult quickly grew into a shared vision.
Just over a year ago, during a visit with well-known Idaho IBCLC Kailey Warburton, a conversation about motherhood naturally shifted into one about careers. Kailey mentioned she was looking for someone to take on her billing needs, and that moment sparked the beginning of a partnership built on trust, expertise, and a shared commitment to supporting lactation professionals.
I'm Ravan Knerler, a Certified Professional Biller based in Idaho with over eight years of experience in insurance, billing, refunds, and credentialing. Most of my background is rooted in commercial insurance, and when I began researching the unique world of IBCLC billing and credentialing, I dove in fully, enrolling in specialized online courses and learning everything I could about the field.
Having personally experienced the value of lactation services, and being confident in my ability to navigate the complexities of insurance, I teamed up with Kailey to build something meaningful. Together, we created group insurance contracts, established a dedicated HIPAA-compliant workspace, and continually sought medical-legal guidance to ensure our processes are ethical, compliant, and strong.
Today, our team supports, credentials, and bills for more than 10 providers across Idaho and surrounding states, and we continue to grow.
